Let me introduce myself,
Hey there! My name is Camdyn. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa practices.
I was first drawn to yoga as a way to ease stress but quickly fell in love with how it supports both the body and mind, on and off the mat. Iām very passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive space where my students can explore mindful movement, deepen their connection to breath and body, and discover more about themselves.
In addition to my regular classes, I also offer a variety of services such as workshops, specialty classes, and guided meditations. My classes are thoughtfully designed to meet students where they are - offering a mix of challenge and ease to help you feel grounded, present, and empowered.
